Mr. Cicotte's benefits career began in 1989 as a pension actuary and, since 1995, as an ERISA attorney. He serves clients throughout the U.S. and is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.

Her work assists clients with needs that range beyond employee benefits advice, representing them in disputes with agencies including the SSA, CMS, IRS, and various state agencies. She has resolved through litigation and negotiation disputes involving non-compete agreements, alleged trade secret violations, and consumer protection act claims.
